Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for consumer technology and a knack for building relationships? We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink, a leading retail and marketing agency.

About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products to customers and promoting their home theater technology. You will work closely with store managers and associates to increase sales and create a positive impact in the assigned store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with customers and store personnel to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and store associates
  • Assist with product displays and visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve program goals
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
