We are seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team at Neptunus Yachts International Inc. in a permanent position.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding conditions, and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data and verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence.
