  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.

Work Setting
