About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Light Duty Cleaner at JIMS Building Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain various facilities, including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and other locations.
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, as well as elevators.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
