Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at JIMS Building Maintenance. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various locations, including industrial facilities and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and tidy environment
Work Environment:

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
