Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at JIMS BUILDING MAINTENANCE. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
