Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards.

This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the Hospital

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure
  • Active BLS/CPR Certification
  • Active ACLS certification
  • PALS, TNCC, CTAS good to have
  • Critical Care knowledge must
  • Knowledge of Emergency Department Mandate

Application Requirements:

  • Do you have a valid work permit in Canada

Work Experience:

  • Nursing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (required)
  • ACLS Certification (preferred)
  • Active RN License for Nova Scotia (required)
