About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Macropus Global Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
