We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Legal Assistant to join our team at TOTEM Recruteur de talent. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers with the preparation of documents and files, including photocopying, scanning, and sending documents via fax;
- Manage office supplies, including paper, toner, and other materials;
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms for client meetings;
- Provide coverage for the reception desk as needed;
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including the kitchen, meeting rooms, and photocopying area;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
- Organize and maintain files and archives;
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting;
- Diploma or degree in a related field;
- Functional proficiency in English;
- Basic knowledge of computer software and systems;
