Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ecotrex 2022 Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including processing sales transactions and updating inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
