We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ecotrex 2022 Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, including achieving targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge
  • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
