Join Dulux / Bétonel as a Retail Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
