Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Mill Tavern. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  2. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  3. Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and coaching as needed
  4. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  5. Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless service delivery
