Trucking Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trucking Company General Manager to join our team at North Eastern Trucking Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our trucking company, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate Resources: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Establish Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Set Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the Organization: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Supervise Staff: Staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, team player.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, permanent position, 35 hours per week, English language.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
