Framing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at MN FRAMING LTD. as a Framer Helper. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the framing process, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in Framing Houses: Work alongside experienced framers to erect walls, build roofs, and construct frames for residential and commercial buildings.
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely transport and handle construction materials, including lumber, tools, and equipment.
- Remove Debris and Rubble: Clean up construction sites by removing debris, rubble, and other waste materials.
- Move Tools and Equipment: Assist in the transportation and organization of tools, equipment, and other materials on the construction site.
As a Framer Helper, you will work outdoors in various locations, including construction sites and building sites. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights.
Requirements- Physical Demands: Be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Work Experience: No prior experience is required, as we offer on-the-job training.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken on the job site.
- Work Schedule: Work 35-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
