About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Fraser Framing as a Construction Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our framing crew with various tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Erecting and Dismantling: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
