About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at City Centre Auto Sales Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales team members.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Setting

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35 to 40 hour work week.

Supervision

You will be supervising a team of 3-4 people.
