Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at AMJ AUTO SALES LTD.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced sales environment with a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Sales Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
