Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary

The User Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and network applications.
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical solutions and systems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 40 hours per week.
