Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic assessments and psychological treatment interventions to adults. You will work independently and collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide assessment and treatment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for adults
  • Provide psychological treatment interventions to adults and/or couples
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide assessment and treatment services
  • Provide consultation regarding psychological services to individuals, families, partner agencies, and the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
  • M.A., Ph.D., or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, post-registration
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical interviewing, diagnosis and formulation, consultation; knowledge of typical and atypical lifespan development; experience with a broad range of psychometric tools and principles; and statistical knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience working with adults, and experience participating on an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applications
