Our innovative ADHD clinic combines medical and behavioral services to effectively treat focusing challenges. Our team of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals work together to provide unified treatment.

The Role: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our clinic, overseeing and conducting assessments, providing clinical feedback to clients and their families, and working closely with our team to provide comprehensive treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide clinical feedback to clients and their families
  • Work closely with our team to provide comprehensive treatment
  • Oversee psychometric staff and ensure adherence to our assessment processes
  • Participate in biweekly psychology meetings and monthly clinic-wide meetings
Commitment and Compensation:
  • Part-time, 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)
  • In-person workdays to be negotiated
  • Schedule to fall between Monday and Saturday, 9am-5pm
  • Salary: $150,000 per year, pro-rated to reflect part-time schedule
  • Includes benefits: health, dental, and vision
Requirements:
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner
  • Registered with CPO as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Authorized client population(s) must include adults
  • Minimum 23 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients with various mental health presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills and comfortable with technology
  • Excellent client retention and rapport
  • A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services
