Agriville is seeking a skilled Horticulturist Helper to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Horticulturist Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our greenhouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, apply fertilizers, and report signs of insect or disease damage to ensure optimal plant growth and health.
  • Greenhouse Operations: Clean the greenhouse, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Task Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as perform hand harvesting of vegetables.
  • Work Environment: Work in a hot, non-smoking environment with a focus on rural area and greenhouse settings.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
  • Teamwork: Strong reliability and teamwork skills are required to work effectively in a team environment.
