Medical Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Medical Programs Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, development, and implementation of medical programs and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and families.
About the Role
This position reports directly to the Director, Clinical Programs and will work closely with clinicians, stakeholders, and internal teams to support the delivery of medical programs and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives that promote excellence in patient care and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of medical programs and services
* Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
* Provide administrative support to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
Requirements
* University degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Health Care, Business Administration)
* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, coordinating projects, business development, or stakeholder engagement
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
