About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and courteous Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team at Marriott International.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room changes efficiently and accurately.
- Manage payment transactions, verify billing, and communicate with staff when necessary.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, responding to guest calls and requests in a professional manner.
- Count and secure bank deposits at the beginning and end of shifts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to maintain confidentiality is a plus.
