Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kelly O'Bryan's Neighbourhood Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food and beverage servers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Team Leadership: Establish work schedules and lead a team of food and beverage servers to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team player.
