About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train and develop our staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control
    • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
    • Monitor and control our stock levels to minimize waste and optimize our purchasing.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on our sales, inventory, and operational performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of our stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
