About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Building Contractor to join our team at Maxworth Homes Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of home construction projects.
    • Coordinate and manage the activities of trade subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the project.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction professionals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet the company's quality standards.
  • Business Development and Marketing
    • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote the company's services and attract new clients.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Permanent employment
    • English language proficiency
    • 35 hours per week
