Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a tax partner in our downtown Montreal office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the tax partner and contributing to the success of our legal firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the tax partner, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with client communication, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
