Loss Prevention Investigator

London Drugs Limited is seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team at our Head Office in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operations and protecting our assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into internal integrity issues, claims, information privacy, loss of inventory, organized retail crime, and serious financial crime.
  • Work with systems and internal and external stakeholders to detect internal causes of shrink and loss.
  • Ensure compliance to security standards and regulations, and conduct investigations in a professional, legal, ethical, and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in security practices and investigative processes is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of criminal code sections applicable to loss prevention is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years Loss Prevention or related security experience is required.
  • A provincial security worker license is required.
  • Industry relevant training and professional certification (i.e. CFL, LPQ, PCI) would be considered an asset.

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends. A valid class 5 driver's license is required for some travel.
