**Job Title:** Residential Property Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Care Manager to join our team at Associa. This part-time opportunity will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our residential property, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and healthy for all residents.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a residential superintendent with knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS). They will be responsible for conducting daily inspections, handling waste removal, monitoring contractors, and reporting maintenance issues to the Board of Directors.

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will also be required to perform minor repairs, painting, and preventive maintenance as needed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as is the ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

**Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Physically fit, capable of lifting items of reasonable weight
  • Ability to provide a clean Police Records Check at own expense

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this part-time position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
