Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wheaton's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, including setting up and maintaining visual displays.
  • Screening Questions: Answer screening questions, including availability, language proficiency, and previous experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Home decor.
