Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wheaton's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
