Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, including setting up and maintaining visual displays and ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 32 to 42 hours per week.
