Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a leader in the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer service excellence.
  • Drive referral-based business development to grow sales and customer loyalty.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the operational excellence and store standards for your departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Retail Management experience (or any other sector focused on customer experience).
  • Proven track record of achieving customer service excellence and sales results.
