Modern Workplace Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team at Long View Systems. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing industry-leading Microsoft technical solutions, including M365 Services, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Microsoft technical solutions that meet client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills.
- Develop a deep understanding of EUX Principles, methodologies, and industry best practices to implement EUX solutions.
- Create detailed IT and business policies, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Work as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project.
- 10+ years' relevant EUX experience, as well as a technical subject matter expert in the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack.
- Experience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in the delivery of solutions.
- Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral, and various presentation formats and situations.

Expected Salary Range is $106,500 - $139,000 annually plus 15% variable incentive.
