We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Modern Workplace Technical Architect for our Calgary branch. This role requires exceptional business and technical consulting skills to design, architect, and implement solutions within the Long View End User Experience ('EUX') portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience with virtualization technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement cutting-edge Microsoft technical solutions, including M365 Services, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Endpoint Management, by effectively understanding client needs through your adept consulting skills.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of EUX Principles, methodologies, and industry best practices to successfully implement EUX solutions.
- Develop comprehensive IT and business documentation, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations documentation.
- Act as a subject matter expert to oversee projects from inception to successful execution, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of relevant EUX experience, with expertise in the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack, including:
- M365 Services Design, Deployment, and Management.
- Windows 10/11 Deployment and Management.
- Intune / SCCM Design, Deployment, and Management.
- Entra ID Design, Deployment, and Management.
- Domain and tenant migrations & consolidations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft architecture and best practices in endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience working directly with clients to deliver effective solutions.
- A broad understanding of various hardware and software technologies, with significant experience in complex solution delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in written, oral, and presentation formats.
