Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

L&P Nail Bar Ltd. is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail bar, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Nail Services: Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, apply or remove artificial nails, and nail art.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, judgement, organized.
