We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at L&P Nail Bar Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our nail technicians, monitoring quality and production levels, and providing technical advice and guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule work and manage the workflow of our nail technicians
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional manner
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and implement improvements as needed
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice and guidance to our nail technicians
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, apply or remove artificial nails, and create nail art
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Client focus, judgement, and organizational skills
