We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at L&P Nail Bar Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and manage the daily operations of the nail salon
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them efficiently
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, and apply or remove artificial nails and nail art
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Client focus, judgement, and organized
