Job Summary

Dihot's Facility Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of work activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
