About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our product catalogues, researching and sourcing new vendors, and supporting project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sample catalogues for all products
  • Maintain the Research and Discovery (R&D) studio and reference library
  • Request and receive samples from vendors
  • Develop and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Support project and process needs, including creating presentations and requesting information from properties
  • Issue designer feedback and monitor market and consumer trends in product, retail, and hospitality
  • Maintain and update lists of pre-qualified designers across commodities
  • On-board new designers across all commodities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Graduate in design discipline
  • Experience in luxury product development
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project) or similar
  • Financial acumen and understanding of hospitality project costs
