Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring top-notch service and maintaining inventory.
- Lead a dedicated team of bartenders, providing training and motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor bar performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and financial goals, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current bar trends and continuously enhance the bar's offerings.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and beverage handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
- A passion for Irish culture and the hospitality industry is a plus.
