Job Description

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing security-related efforts for large systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks.
  • Design and implement secure systems and networks, considering factors such as access controls, encryption, and secure communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security posture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and design.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO, and CIS Controls.
  • Experience with security-related tools and frameworks, including endpoint, network, and cloud security.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud native applications.
  • Understanding of the security landscape of vulnerable sectors.
  • Experience in vendor management, balancing organization needs with vendor interests.
