About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirements, identify areas for improvement, and design system enhancements to improve business processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have experience working with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively with technical teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for system enhancements
  • Develop and document system designs, including data flow diagrams and use cases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that system enhancements meet their needs and expectations
  • Design and implement system tests to validate system functionality
  • Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively with technical teams
