Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at ChatAI Tech. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using various technologies and tools.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
