Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients, negotiate sales contracts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of our sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail settings.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing, and customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
