Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at MICROPEER SOLUTIONS INC. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
