Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at PrinceLand Constructions Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, team player.
