Job Title: Physical Education Programs Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Education Programs Director to join our team at BLACK BELT TAEKWONDO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and managing the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage programs and services
  • Provide technical and professional advice
  • Develop policies and procedures to implement programs
  • Recruit professional coaches and athletes
  • Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Develop policies and procedures and attend to other management responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Instruct students on behaviour, personal development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree
  • 5 years or more experience
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Korean language proficiency
  • Experience in sports or education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
