Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Education Programs Director to join our team at BLACK BELT TAEKWONDO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and leading a team of coaches and athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage programs and services to meet the needs of our members and the community.
  • Provide technical and professional advice to coaches and athletes to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Lead a team of coaches and athletes to achieve our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial sustainability of our programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions to promote our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership role in a sports or recreational organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to participate in sports activities.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may involve physically demanding activities.
